Change Management Study: Between Change Managers and Change Controllers
The current study, "Superpowers or Superteam - How Leaders Can Really Change Their World" shows that there are three groups of change-makers that differ significantly in personality, leadership, and behavior: the most successful are transformations of so-called change leaders. Lower success rates are found in processes controlled by Change Managers and Change Controllers.
However, the success of Change projects depends not only on the person but also on the environment of the change manager and the management team of the company. This includes an open corporate culture characterized by trust and feedback as well as the institutionalized ability to change the organization
The study is therefore concerned with questions about the company environment, how to conduct transformation projects, and the new demands placed on executives by the digital economy.
